3. Subscription and Payment

• Some features are provided through Apple in-app subscription purchases.
• Subscription pricing, billing periods, auto-renewal, and cancellation rules are governed by the Apple App Store listing.
• Purchase restoration requires the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

4. AI Feature Disclaimer

• AI consultation output is for reference only and does not constitute veterinary diagnosis or medical advice.
• If your pet shows urgent or severe symptoms, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
• Please do not submit unrelated or sensitive third-party personal data in AI conversations.

5. User Obligations

• You must not use the service to publish illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• You must not perform actions that interfere with service security or stability.
• You must not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform content without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, page design, text, graphics, code, and related materials of this service (excluding user-uploaded content) are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without authorization.
