1) How can I start recording pet health information?

Add a pet profile first, then use the center plus button to quickly create text, voice, photo, video, weight, and file records.

2) What can I record in the app?

You can log food, elimination, medication, bathing, weight, unusual behavior, and more, then review history in the timeline.

3) Why didn't my reminder trigger on time?

Please check system notification permissions, whether reminders are enabled, whether start and end dates are correct, and reminder scheduling limits.

4) How can I restore premium after subscribing?

Make sure your current Apple ID is the same as the purchase account, then tap "Restore Purchases" on the membership page.

5) How is AI usage quota calculated?

Different subscription tiers include different AI usage quotas. The free tier has limited quota, while premium tiers provide higher quota and stronger analysis features.

6) How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account in the app via "My > Delete Account". After deletion, we do not keep identifiable personal data on the server.

7) Login information

The app currently supports Sign in with Apple only. Open the app and tap "Sign in with Apple" on the login screen.

8) How is user privacy handled?

Pet profiles, health records, and attachments are stored locally on your device by default. We only process necessary data when you actively use Sign in with Apple, AI consultation, or subscription verification. After account deletion, we clear your server account and related cloud data and do not retain identifiable personal data.
