- Usage Data: Device, log, and diagnostic information generated while using features.
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us deliver hosting, notifications, subscription verification, AI processing, and related capabilities.
2. Types of Data We Process (Local-first)
- Local business data: Pet profiles, health records, reminder settings, AI conversation history, and attachments (photos, videos, audio, files) are stored locally on your device by default.
- Account identification data: When you use Sign in with Apple, we process necessary login identifiers and session data for authentication.
- Subscription status data: When you use premium features, we process subscription status and required transaction metadata provided by Apple (excluding full card details).
- Basic runtime data: We may process required error and diagnostic information for troubleshooting and service stability.
Unless you actively use online capabilities such as login, subscription verification, or AI consultation, we do not build a long-term cloud repository of your pet health records; core records remain local-first.
2.1 AI Data Collection and Processing
To provide pet health records and AI-assisted analysis features, we process the following data when you use the service:

2.2 Third-Party AI Service Processing
When you use AI chat, record analysis, health report generation, title generation, and related intelligent features, content you submit during usage (including but not limited to text, transcribed speech, image or document attachments, and required conversation context) may be transmitted through our service interface to third-party AI model services for processing and response generation.
To maintain feature quality, stability, and availability, we may choose different AI model providers depending on feature scenario, including but not limited to Gemini, DeepSeek, and Doubao.
In this process:
- Data related to the current AI request may be sent to the corresponding third-party model service for computation and processing;
- The transmitted scope is limited to data you actively submit or trigger for analysis in the current request;
- If you do not want related data to be used for AI model processing, you may choose not to use the corresponding AI features.
3. Permissions and Local Access
With your authorization, we may access the following permissions to provide relevant features:
- Camera / Photos: Used for taking photos and uploading images or video records.
- Microphone: Used for voice logging and voice input.
- Speech recognition: Uses local speech recognition to convert recorded voice into readable text.
- Notifications: Used for reminders such as medication, feeding, and follow-up care.
You can revoke permission in iOS settings at any time. Without permission, related features may be unavailable.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain core features such as health records, timelines, reminders, reports, and guides.
- Provide AI consultation and analysis capabilities and generate responses relevant to your request.
- Handle support tickets, account requests, issue investigations, and security protection.
- Perform analytics and experience optimization to improve product quality.
- Fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce service agreements.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We process or transfer data only as needed in the following cases:
- When you use Sign in with Apple, we process required authentication data for account login.
- When you use AI consultation, we process minimal context needed to generate responses.
- When you use premium features, we process required subscription verification data to confirm entitlement status.
- In legal corporate transactions such as reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
- When you provide explicit consent, within your authorized scope.
- When disclosure is required by laws, courts, or regulatory authorities.
6. Data Retention
- Account and business data are retained while you use the service to provide continuous functionality.
- After you delete data or close your account, we delete or anonymize related data within a reasonable period.
7. Account Deletion and Data Erasure
You can delete your account in the app via "My > Delete Account". After deletion, we clear server-side account data and related cloud data and no longer retain your identifiable personal data.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable laws in your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. You may submit requests through our privacy contact channel, and we will respond within the legally required time frame.
9. Third-Party Services and External Links
The app may include third-party services or external links. Third parties maintain independent privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them before use.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the effective date will indicate when changes take effect. Continued use of the service means you acknowledge the updated policy.
